1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing SoftClicks, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional policies presented in-product (for example, course rules or community guidelines). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

What you’re allowed to do

  1. View and complete courses you have access to, for personal learning or internal professional development.
  2. Use platform tools (quizzes, progress tracking, downloads if provided) as intended.

2. Eligibility & Access

You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the platform only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

  2. Some courses may require prerequisites or additional verification.
  3. We may update access requirements to comply with law, security, or platform integrity.

3. Accounts, Security, and Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and use strong, unique passwords.

  1. Do not share accounts. If your plan permits multiple seats, use the official seat management features.
  2. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or compromise.
  3. We may suspend access to protect users, the platform, or data, including in response to suspected misuse.
Security tip: If you use public or shared devices, sign out after each session and avoid saving passwords in the browser.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Billing

If you purchase a paid plan or course, you agree to provide accurate billing information and to authorize charges associated with your purchase. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Refund principles

  1. Refund eligibility depends on the plan, local consumer laws, and how much of the course has been consumed.
  2. Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in temporary suspension while we investigate.
  3. We may offer partial refunds, credits, or alternative access where appropriate and lawful.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the platform. Misuse includes interfering with platform operations, attempting unauthorized access, or violating intellectual property rights. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.

  1. No reverse engineering, scraping, automated harvesting, or circumvention of technical limits.
  2. No uploading malware, running phishing campaigns, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
  3. No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or discriminatory conduct within community features.
  4. No unauthorized sharing, re-uploading, or redistribution of course materials.
  5. No attempts to bypass paywalls, seat limits, or licensing restrictions.

6. Content, Intellectual Property, and License

SoftClicks and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the platform and course materials, including videos, text, worksheets, assessments, and design elements, except where otherwise stated.

Your limited license

  1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform for the duration of your subscription or course access period.
  2. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or publicly perform course materials unless explicitly permitted in writing.
  3. Any feedback you provide may be used by us to improve the platform without obligation to you, unless prohibited by law.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the platform and other users. You may stop using the platform at any time.

  1. Termination may result in loss of access to course progress, certificates, and downloads.
  2. Some obligations (for example, IP restrictions and limitations of liability) survive termination.
  3. If access was purchased through an organization, your administrator may manage your access according to their policies.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the platform will meet all of your requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
  2. Our total liability for claims related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless law requires a different cap.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
