Questions

How long do I keep access to the course?

Access duration, replays, and updates.

You keep access for 12 months from the purchase date. During this period you can rewatch lessons any time and download the materials included in the course. We also publish minor improvements (clarifications, additional tips) without extra cost while your access is active.

  • If we add a bonus lesson to your course, it appears automatically in your dashboard.
  • If you change your email, contact support to migrate access.
  • Need extended access? Use the Support form on this page.

Are the courses beginner-friendly?

What you should know before starting.

Yes. We label each course by level, and our beginner tracks assume zero prior jewelry-making experience. You’ll start with foundational skills (tool handling, wire control, basic finishing) and progress toward complete projects.

  • Beginner: step-by-step, slower pace, minimal tools.
  • Intermediate: more speed, more variations, stronger focus on design.
  • Advanced: efficiency, problem-solving, professional finishing.

Do I need to buy a big list of materials upfront?

Smart starter kit approach.

No. We recommend starting with a compact, reusable tool set and a small selection of consumables. Each course includes a materials checklist and “budget vs. pro” alternatives so you can scale gradually.

  • We highlight what’s essential vs. optional for every project.
  • We suggest safe substitutions (wire gauges, bead sizes, findings).
  • If you already have tools, we show how to adapt.

Do I get a certificate after finishing a course?

Completion rules and what it includes.

Yes. After you complete the required lessons and submit the final project checklist (a short self-review), you can generate a personalized digital certificate with your name and completion date.

  • Certificates are issued for individual courses, not for browsing time.
  • You can download a PDF and share it on social profiles.
  • If your name is misspelled, support can reissue it.

What if I get stuck during a lesson?

Fast help and troubleshooting.

Use the Support form on this page and include: the lesson name, timestamp, a quick description, and (if possible) a photo of your current step. We reply within 1 business day.

  • Common fixes are included in the answer (tool angle, tension, sizing).
  • We can recommend a simpler variant to keep your progress moving.
  • If it’s a platform issue, we’ll guide you through device/browser steps.

Can I watch lessons on my phone or tablet?

Devices, browsers, and best settings.

Yes. The platform is optimized for mobile and desktop. For the smoothest playback:

  • Use the latest Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
  • Enable Wi‑Fi for HD video; switch to lower quality on cellular.
  • Rotate to landscape for close-up technique shots.

If you experience audio/video sync issues, try refreshing the page or disabling low-power mode.

Are the materials safe and allergy-friendly?

Skin sensitivity and best practices.

We provide recommendations for hypoallergenic findings and finishing practices, but allergies vary per person. If you have nickel sensitivity, choose stainless steel, titanium, sterling silver, or verified nickel-free plated findings.

  • We explain plating types and how to reduce skin contact with base metals.
  • We show sealing options (clear coat) for non-soldered pieces when appropriate.
  • Always verify supplier specs for skin-contact components.

How much time do I need per week?

Practical schedule planning.

Most learners progress comfortably with 2–4 hours per week, including practice time. If you’re aiming for faster results, a focused 60–90 minutes per day works great.

  • Watch first, then practice in short sessions to build muscle memory.
  • Plan a “finishing day” for polishing, assembly, and photo checks.
  • We include checkpoints so you don’t lose time redoing steps.

How do refunds work?

Fair policy and quick resolution.

If the course isn’t a fit, contact support within 7 days of purchase. We may ask one quick question about what didn’t work so we can improve, but your request won’t be delayed.

  • Provide purchase email and course name.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Processing time depends on your bank (usually 3–10 business days).

Is the certificate accredited?

What it represents professionally.

The certificate is a course completion credential issued by SoftClicks. It confirms you finished the curriculum and project checklist. It is not a government-accredited diploma.

Many learners still use it as portfolio support—especially alongside photos of finished work and a short process description.
